合成革用环保型水基颜料浆的性能要求概述

摘　　要：介绍了湿法合成革用环保型水基颜料浆的组成、制备工艺、获得颜色覆盖的色域空间、尽可能大的系列颜料浆的颜料品种。在设计生产颜料浆的过程中,必须考虑颜料浆的重金属含量、有机挥发分(VOCs)含量、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚的含量(APEO)、表面活性剂的种类及颜料是否含有或降解成多氯联苯。对用于合成革着色的颜料浆,提出了性能指标要求和测试混容性方法。The composition, preparation of water - based pigment paste for wet type synthetic leather were introduced. Several types of pigment that have large color gamut coverage for making the paste were also presented. In the design of the production process of pigment paste, several details should be taken into account such as the heavy metals, volatile organic compounds （VOCs） content, alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether content （APEO）, surfactant types and whether the pigment contains or deg- radation into a multi - chlorine biphenyl. The performance indicators and the compatibility testing methods of water - based pig- ment paste for synthetic leather were also proposed.
