摘  要:目的探讨人工椎板[纳米羟基磷灰石/聚酰胺66(n-HA/PA66)]在预防椎管内瘢痕粘连及脊柱后柱结构重建中应用的可行性。方法22例脊柱疾病患者外科手术中均应用人工椎板(n-HA/PA66)治疗。结果22例术后切口均Ⅰ期愈合,随访6~12个月,患者症状不同程度改善。1例出现排斥反应,复查DR-X线片示人工椎板与骨接触面界限消失,完全愈合。结论人工椎板(n-HA/PA66)能有效预防椎管内瘢痕粘连,重建椎管后部结构。Objective To study the feasibility of applying the artificial lamina (nano-hydroxyapatite/polyamide 66) in the prevention of intraspinal scar adhesions and reconstruction of the spinal posterior column.Methods The artificial lamina was used in 22 cases of spinal surgery.Results For all the 22 cases,the wound got primary healing,and the symptoms got varying degrees of improvement under the follow-up observation of six-month to one-year,except for one case of rejection.DR-X film reviews showed surface boundaries between the artificial lamina and bone contact disappeared and healed completely.Conclusions The artificial lamina (nano-hydroxyapatite/polyamide 66,n-HA/PA66) can be used effectively to prevent intraspinal scar adhesions and reconstruct the spinal posterior column.
