摘　　要：本文概述了湿度传感技术现状，介绍了露点湿度传感器原理及其对测温的特殊要求，设计了一种使用铂膜热电阻的直接数字化测温接口电路，并给出了误差分析和实验结果。This paper gives a outline of humidity measurement, introduces the principle ofthe intelligent dew-point humidity transducer as well as the special temperature measuringtechniques, and presents a design of the digital temperature measuring circuit using platinumfilm thermistors. Also, the error analysis and experiment results are shown in this paper.
