摘　　要：对医疗技术存在着道德监管弱化的现象。政府有必要强化其管理功能,改变运动式的治理方式,提高制度化管理的水平,夯实制度的伦理基础,实行行政问责制。政府要完善医疗技术的监管机制,促进行业协会的自我监管。The supervise by the morality is weak tothe medical techno Iogy. It is necessary for the government to strengthen the management function. The government should change temporaty sporting means, improve the level of the systemized management, build the ethical basement of the system, and practise the system of administrative accountability. The government should consummate the supervising system, and propel the self-management by the medical association.
