摘  要:通过对某三甲医院实施平衡记分卡的行动研究,发现实施平衡记分卡可以帮助医院把战略转化为行动,帮助医院与科室搭建沟通平台,使医院、科室工作目标性导向增强,建立统一的绩效评估体系,促进合作、学习与成长问题的解决,促进医院发展战略目标与科室发展计划的统一性,改善医院绩效。Through an action research during applying Balanced Score Card (BSC) in a three-level general hospital. It indicates that applying BSC helped the hospital translating its strategy into action, built a platform for communication and strengthened the goal-oriented within the hospital, set up a whole performance measurement system, promote the solvement of problems on co-operation and learning and growth, promote the consistency between hospital's trategy and department's plan of business, and improve the hospital performance.
