摘  要:用两步法制备了聚丙烯酸(PAAc)/聚(N异丙基丙烯酰胺)(PNIPA)/黏土半互穿网络纳米复合微凝胶,首先以黏土为交联剂,通过无皂乳液聚合制备PNIPA微凝胶,然后在PNIPA网络内使丙烯酸发生聚合,用红外(FT-IR)和透射电镜(TEM)对其结构形态进行了表征,并对微凝胶的温度和pH敏感性进行了表征.结果表明:微凝胶中黏土起到了交联的作用,并具有良好的温度和pH双重敏感性.A new kind of semi-interpenetrating polymer network nanocomposite microgel composed of poly (acrylic acid) (PAAc), poly (N-isopropylacrylamide) (PNIPA) and clay was synthesized by a two-step method. First, PNIPA microgel was prepared via surfactant-free emulsion polymerization by using clay as a crosslinker, and then acrylic acid monomer was polymerized within the PNIPA microgel. The structure and morphology of the microgel were confirmed by FT-IR and TEM. The pH and temperature responsive behaviors of these microgels were also investigated. The results indicated that the clay platelets acted as a multifunctional crosslinker. Furthermore, the microgels exhibited good pH and temperature sensitivity, which could respond independently to both oH and temoerature changes.
