摘 要:将含有竹纤维、Modal纤维和Tencel纤维混纺成分的牛奶蛋白纤维纱线,分别织造纬平针、1+1罗纹和双罗纹3种组织的织物,并且每种组织都有3种松紧程度.对试样的抗起毛起球性能进行测试,从而分析不同因素对牛奶蛋白纤维混纺针织物抗起毛起球性能的影响.结果表明:不同的混纺纤维对牛奶蛋白纤维混纺针织物的抗起毛起球性能的影响比较复杂,这是纤维形态、纤维性能和织物紧密程度三者共同作用的结果.3种组织中,双罗纹组织的抗起毛起球性能最优;织物的密度与抗起毛起球性能紧密相关.Bamboo, Modal and Tencel fibers have been blended with milk protein fiber and the knitted fabrics were prepared with three different structures such as jersey, 1 + 1 rib and interlock stitch, with different densities respectively. The samples' anti-fuzzing and pilling properties were tested in order to research the effect of different factors on anti-fuzzing and pilling properties of milk protein fiber knitted fabrics. The results show that due to the combined effect of fiber morphology, fiber properties and fabric density, the influence of different blended fibers on anti-fuzzing and pilling properties of milk protein fiber knitted fabrics are very complicated; interlock stitch has the best anti-fuzzing and pilling properties among three structures; fabric density is closely related to the anti-fuzzing and pilling properties.
