摘 要:为了了解PTT(聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯)/PET(聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯)双组分长丝织物的弹性性能,以及不同结构参数对织物弹性的影响,在33种织物试样基础上,测试分析了PTT/PET双组分长丝织物的折皱弹性及定负荷下弹性回复率.结果发现,PTT/PET双组分长丝织物具有优良的折皱回复性能,且折皱弹性与织物组织明显相关,相关系数大于0.50;随着PTT/PET双组分长丝捻度增加,织物经向折皱回复角呈现先变大后变小的规律,纬向折皱回复角因织物组织不同而存在一定差异;PTT/PET双组分长丝织物具有优良的弹性回复性,在定负荷25N的5次循环拉伸回复条件下,所有测试织物弹性回复率达到96%以上.The crease recovery and elasticity recovery were investigated respectively with 33 types of woven fabrics of PTT/PET bi-component filaments so as to make clear the elastic property and the effect of fabric parameters on the elasticity. The results show that woven fabrics of PTT/PET bi-component filament have excellent crease recovery. The crease recovery has the obvious correlation above 0. 50 with fabric weave. The angle of crease recovery of warp direction appears to be lager at first and then decline, but that of weft direction varies with fabric weave. The fabrics of PTT/PET bi-component filaments have good elasticity, and the elasticity recovery exceeds 96% at the conditions of 25 N and 5 times circle tensile.
