摘 要:研究三维结构机织预成形件的结构设计、工艺设计与织造方法。以三维四重纬角连锁织物为例,通过采用包缠纺工艺对玻璃纤维复丝进行织前预处理,改善了玻璃纤维复丝的织造性能;在织造工序,通过选择筘号、经位置线、梭口形状及尺寸、综平时间、投梭时间,并对卷取机构进行改造,采用两把梭子进行引纬、采用分层定位装置、调整吊综高度等方法,在1511S型多臂织机上成功织造了该预成形件。认为对1511S型织机进行改造用来生产三维机织预成形件是可行的。Structural design, processing design and weaving method of three-dimensional pre-form woven fabric were studied. Three-dimensional fourfold weft angle tangled fabric were taken as example,through pre-treating glass fibre muhifilament by wrapped spinning processing,weaving property of glass fibre muhifilament could be improved. In wea- ving process,through selecting reed number, warp shed line, shed form and size, shed timing, picking timing, modifying take-up device,adopting two shuttles to insert weft, split-sheet location device and adjusting harness threading height et al, the pre-form fabric were woven successfully on 1511 S dobby loom. It is considered that it is feasible to produce three- dimensional pre-form woven fabric on modified 1511S loom.
