摘  要:研究竹炭涤纶纤维交织物中竹炭涤纶纤维的含量与织物防紫外线性能的关系。通过测试不同竹炭涤纶纱与棉纱交织物的防紫外线性能,由计算机曲线模拟出紫外线透过率与竹炭涤纶纤维含量的关系图和回归曲线方程,指出竹炭涤纶纤维具有良好的防紫外线辐射性能,而防紫外线织物要达到国家标准所要求的UVA透过率,织物中竹炭涤纶纤维最低含量应在实际生产中根据产品应用作适当调整。Relationship between bamboo-charcoal polyester fibre content in bamboo-charcoal polyester union fabric and fabric anti-ultraviolet property were studied. Through testing anti-ultraviolet property of union fibric which woven by different bamboo-charcoal polyester yarn and cotton yarn, diagram and regression curve equation of ultraviolet transmis- sion and bamboo-charcoal polyester fibre content could be simulated by computer. It is pointed out that bamboo-charcoal polyester fibre have better anti-ultraviolet radiate property. Minimum content of bamboo-charcoal polyester in fabric should be adjusted in production according to product application,which could make anti-~iltraviolet fabric reach demands of UVA transmission in national standard.
