摘 要:探讨高产条件下提高精梳针织纱质量的技术管理措施。通过抓好采购原料质量及合理配棉,选好用好适应高速高产的针布及分梳元件,运用AFIS等检测仪器,优化关键工艺参数,控制生产过程中棉结、短绒的增长,摒弃不符合高档针织纱质量要求的操作方式,实行一根到底无疵点操作法,严格管理,提高关键纺专器材的质量性能的可靠性、稳定性和上机一致性,减少锭差,最终在高速高产条件下生产出了满足用户质量要求的高档针织纱。Technology management measures of improving combed knitted yarn quality in condition of high output were discussed. Through controlling raw material quality and rational cotton assorting,selecting carding components and card clothing which are suitable to height speed and high output,using AFIS et al advanced detecting device to optimize key processing parameter,controlling neps increase and short fibre content increase,avoiding operation method which is not fit to spin good quality knitting yarn, applying uniform non-default operation, managing strictly, increasing key spin- ning device quality reliability, stability and uniformity in machine, reducing difference among spindles, finally in condition of high speed high output, better quality knitted yarn which could reach customer demand could be produced.
