摘  要:为降低特细号纯棉精梳纱千米棉结,开展技术攻关活动。通过合理选择配棉的细度和成熟度,清棉多落少碎、减少纤维损伤。梳棉采用新型针布,优选梳理工艺,选用性能较好的新型精梳机并适当降低车速,并条合理牵伸分配,防止棉条毛烂,粗纱采用较大的捻系数。细纱使用新型下销棒和较小钳口隔距。络筒采用小张力、低速度的工艺,控制棉结增长幅度。最终使CJ 5.8 tex成纱千米棉结较大幅度的下降,超过了乌斯特2007公报5%的水平。Technology research was done to reduce neps per kilometer of superfine cotton combed yarn. Through selecting cotton fineness and maturity rationally,principle of more noil & less shattering and reducing fibre injury were used in picking process. In carding process new type card clothing were used, carding processing were optimized. New type comber with better performance was selected and comber speed was reduced properly. In drawing process draft dis- tribution were set rationally to prevent cotton sliver mess. Larger roving twist factor were adopted in roving process. In spinning process new type nose bar and less nipper gauge were used. In winding process less tension & lower speed were adopted and neps were controlled. Finally neps per kilometer of CJ 5. g tex finish yarn are reduced greatly and the index is beyond Uster 2007 5% level.
