摘　　要：探讨绪森紧密纺专件使用效果。对绪森紧密纺摇架、依丽辊、网格圈,导棒、钢领、钢丝圈等纺纱专件的性能特点和使用管理要求进行了试验分析和论述。在日常生产管理中,首先掌握其特性,兼顾质量与成本两个方面的要求,做到合理选用。同时,要加强专件设备管理和有关运转操作管理,制定严格的工作要求和管理规范,只有认真细致地做好各项基础管理工作,才能使进口设备始终保持良好的设备状态,在提高纱线质量方面发挥更大的作用。指出:紧密纺纺纱专件的正确使用和维护对于稳定和提高紧密纱质量、降低生产成本有着重要的意义。Application effect of Suessen compact spinning special parts were discussed. Performance characteristic and application management demands of Suessen compact spinning cradle, Elite roller,lattice circle,guiding bar, ring and ring traveler et al spinning parts were tested and analysed. In everyday production management,characteristics should he mastered at first then consideration to quality and cost demands. At the same time special parts management and relative operation management should be strengthen, work demands and management rule should be set strictly. Only by doing each basic management work carefully exported equipment status could be kept well. It is pointed out that right applica- tion and maintenance of compact spinning special parts play a very important role in stabling and increasing compact yarn quality and reducing production cost.
