摘  要:研究上罗拉轴承外圈双滚道动态磨削方法。针对上罗拉轴承外圈双滚道加工过程中存在的问题,采用了动态控制磨削加工法。在一台磨床上,以工件基准面定位磨削一个沟道,然后将工件转序到经过改造的CNC滚道磨床上加工另一滚道。指出:使用新的动态控制磨削加工方法,能够确保两滚道尺寸的一致性,为提高轴承的装配质量,尤其是两滚道的装配游隙提供了保证。Double raceway dynamic grinding method on top roller bearing out ring was studied. Dynamic control grinding method was adopted according to problems in process. Taking work piece as datum plane, work pieces was grin- ded one ditch on one grinding machine then was transferred to modified CNC raceway grinding machine and was grinded another raceway. It is pointed out that two raceway size uniformity could be ensured by using new dynamic control grind- ing method,which could increase bearing assemble quality especially ensure two raceway installation clearance.
