摘  要:对浆纱过程中影响纱线毛羽的有关因素进行了分析探讨。在合理选用浆料配方及浆纱工艺的基础上,进一步分析了浆纱过程中影响毛羽的有关因素,包括因导纱和加压部件转动不灵活对纱线造成的磨损;分绞棒和伸缩筘对纱线的摩擦;烘筒温度偏高及后上蜡不足对纱线毛羽的影响,整经轴绞头和浆轴黏并对毛羽的影响等。指出:应采取相应的措施减少浆纱运行过程中与通道部件表面的摩擦以及传动滑移造成的磨损,从而降低织造开口不清的几率,减少浆纱毛羽对织机效率的影响。Factor effects yarn hairiness in sizing process were analysed and discussed. On the base of selecting size mixture formula and sizing processing rationally,factor effects yarn hairiness in sizing process were analysed further more including yarn abrasion caused by guider and pressure part bad work, yarn abrasion of lease rod and expansion reed, effect of higher drying can temperature and after waxing shortage on yarn hairiness,effect of warp beam crossed ends and sized warp blocking on yarn hairiness et al. It is pointed out that relative measures should be adopted to reduce abrasion in sizing process and abrasion caused by slip,reduce loom unclear rate and effect of yarn hairiness on loom efficiency.
