摘　　要：装载机智能称量装置主要由传感器、信号放大、电压频率转换、光电偶合、单片机系统、自动定高系统、报警系统等构成。其功能是称量并显示每斗物料净重、显示累加总重、满载报警，还可用于系统油压检测、系统漏油检测及其它液压机械的载荷测量。The intelligent weighting device for loaders consists mainly of sensor, signal amplifier, V/F converter, photo-electric coupler, single chip microcomputer system, automatic height determination system and alarm system. Its functions comprises weighting and displaying the net material weight of each bucket full, displaying the cumulated weight and full load alarm. It can also be user for system oil pressure measuring oil leakage monitoring and load measurement for other hydraulic machines.
