摘  要:目的骨复生对激素性股骨头坏死家兔血清骨钙素(BGP)和降钙素(CT)的影响。方法28只家兔造模后随机分为骨复生组、造模组及空白对照组,应用骨复生治疗4周后,采血测定血清中BGP及CT水平。结果BGP及CT水平,骨复生组、和造模组明显低于空白组(P<0.01);骨复生组明显高于造模组水平(P<0.01)。结论BGP与CT的升高可促进骨坏死的修复,骨复生可能通过提高BGP与CT水平来治疗激素性股骨头坏死。Objective To probe into the effect of Gu Fu Sheng on bone gla protein (BGP) and calcitonin (CT) of rabbit with steroid - induced necrosis of femoral head. Methods 28 rabbits were randomly divided into Gu Fu Sheng group, model group and blank control group after model being made. After being treated with Gu Fu Sheng capsules for 4 weeks, serum BGP and CT levels were determined. Results BGP and CT levels of Gu Fu Sheng group and the model group were obviously lower than that of the blank control group ( P 〈 0.01 ) ; BGP and CT levels of Gu Fu Sheng group were significantly higher than that of the model group ( P 〈0.01 ). Conclusion The elevation of BGP and CT can promote the repair of bone necrosis, Gu Fu Sheng may treat steroid - induced necrosis of femoral head by improving the levels of BGP and CT.
