清胰汤空肠饲服加保留灌肠治疗急性胰腺炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨经空肠饲服加保留灌肠清胰汤治疗急性胰腺炎的疗效。方法将66例急性胰腺炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组36例给予常规疗法和经空肠饲服加保留灌肠清胰汤,对照组30例给予常规疗法,检测治疗7天后患者的血和尿淀粉酶。结果治疗组36例中,显效28例,有效7例,总有效率97%。对照组30例中,显效15例,有效8例,无效7例,总有效率76.7%。治疗组有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),而且两组治疗后腹痛腹胀缓解时间、通气、血淀粉酶恢复正常时间等比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论空肠饲服加保留灌肠清胰汤治疗急性胰腺炎有较好的疗效。Objective To evaluate -jejunum feeding and clystering. Methods the efficacy of Qingyitang to acute pancreatitis with trans Total 66 patients with acute pancreatitis were divided into two groups ,36 patients with trans -jejunum feeding and clystering Qingyitang selected for experiment group, others with common therapy, after 7 days to test the urine diastase and serum diastase respectively. Results There were no significant difference between two groups （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Trans -jejunum feeding and clystering Qingyitang could also get satisfied efficacy for acute pancreatitis.
