摘　　要：目的比较麻桂各半汤与西替利嗪对寒冷性荨麻疹的临床疗效及安全性。方法将110例分为两组,治疗组60例,服用麻桂各半汤加西替利嗪;对照组50例,单用西替利嗪1次/d,疗程两周。结果治疗组有效率为93.3%(56/60),对照组有效率为54%(27/50)(χ2=22.78,P<0.01)。结论麻桂各半汤加西替利嗪治疗寒冷性荨麻疹疗效优于单用西替利嗪。Objective To compare cetirizine and Maguigebantang to cold urticaria on the clinical efficacy and safety. Methods Total 110 cases were divided into two groups： the treatment group （60 cases）and the control group （50 cases）. Treatment group was given Maguigebantang and cetirizine ; the control group alone Cetirizine 1 times / d, a two - week course of treatment. Results The efficacy of treatment group was 93.3% （56/60）, the control group was 54% （27/50） （X^2 = 22.78, P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion In the clinical efficacy of cold Urticaria, use Maguigebantang and Cetirizine together is better than use Cetirizine alone.
