摘　　要：介绍了１２０ＭＮ水压机活动横梁的特点和断裂情况，并对横梁的断裂原因进行了详细分析，提出了切实可行的修复方案。针对修复过程中可能出现的问题采取了相应的措施，实施后取得了圆满成功。The characteristics of movable crossmember of 120 MN water press and its crack were presented in the paper. Based on analysing the cracking reason of the crossmember, a repair scheme was given including the problems passibly appeared and the responding measurements during this reparation. A successful result was gained after the welding
