摘　　要：刘国钧先生在我国图书馆界堪称一代宗师。刘先生对于图书馆事业和图书馆学的建树是多方面的。论文简述了刘国钧先生开创国立西北图书馆和对西北地方文献的征集所花费的巨大心血和重要贡献。Mr. Liu Guojun was one of the outstanding figures in the circle of Chinese library science.
