间歇氧气雾化吸入联合双手叩背法对老年患者术后肺部并发症的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨间歇氧气雾化吸入联合双手叩背法对留置胃管的老年患者术后肺部并发症的影响。方法将80例留置胃管的老年患者，按年龄分成三个层次，分别是60—70岁，70-80岁，80岁以上，在各年龄层次中随机分成研究组和对照组各40例，研究组给予间歇氧气雾化吸入联合双手叩背法进行治疗、护理；对照组给予持续氧气雾化吸入联合单手叩背法进行治疗、护理。结果研究组与对照组比较，肺部并发症的发生率、排痰效果及氧气雾化吸入时刺激胃管引起不适的反应均有显著性差异（P〈0．01），在自拔胃管中，研究组比对照组少，两组比较（P〈0．05）有差异性。结论间歇氧气雾化吸入联合双手叩背法对留置胃管的老年患者术后肺部并发症的影响，效果好、方法确实、简便。Objective To discuss the effect of intermittence oxygen aeresol inhalation combination with percussing back with both hands on the elderly patients with postoperation lung complicatous, Methods 80 elderly patients with stomach tube were divided into 60 - 70 - year - old, 70 - 80 - year - old, 80 - year - old groups according to their age, and every group was divided into investigation and control subgroups. Investigation subgroup was treated with intermittence oxygen aerosol inhalation combination with percussing back with both hands, and control group was treated with continuous oxygen aerosol inhalation combination with percussion back with one hand. Results The incidence of lung complications, the effect of platoon phlegm and mucesal symptoms of stomach tube were significantly different between investigation and control groups （ P 〈 0. 01 ） , the incidence of pulling out stomach tube by oneself was decreased in investigation group than that in control group （ P 〈0. 05 ） . Conclusions Intermittence oxygen aerosol inhalation combination with percussing back with both hands has therapeutic effect, and it is worthy of popularizing.
