学龄前儿童手背静脉输液手部固定方法改进的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨改良手背静脉输液的固定方法在学龄前儿童的应用。方法采用高分子泡沫板。松紧带，尼龙粘扣和泡钉制成大、中、小三种型号的固定支具。将200例手背静脉输液的儿童分为观察组（100例）和对照组（100例）。观察组使用改良方法固定，对照组使用传统方法固定。分别观察输液渗漏，回血，肿胀，需重复穿刺数等指标情况。结果观察组各项观察指标均显著优于对照组P〈0．05。结论采用改良后固定支具的儿童输液手部不易挣脱，更方便牢固，舒适度及实用性更优于传统固定方法，静脉穿刺输液相关并发症明显减少。Objective To investigate the application of the improved hand fixation used in the preschool children. Methods With macromolecule cystesepiment, elastic, nylon thread gluing and foamy nail, three types fixator （L, M, S size） were maked. 200 preschool children patients were divided into test group （100 cases） and control group （ 100 cases） randomly. The improved method was used in the test group and the routing method was used in the control group. Then, the indexes including leakage, swell, bleeding into the driping tube and wether neeed an once more puncture were recorded and compared. Results All surveying items of test group were significantly better than those of control group P 〈 0. 05. Conclusions The improved hand fixation is more convenient, consistent, comfortable and pragmatic compared with the muting method.
