摘　　要：工程机械动力传动系统的传动效率是制约整机性能的重要因素,在实际工作过程中,会有相当一部分能量消耗在传动系统,形成一定的功率损失,从而影响了整机的传动性能。驱动桥是将转矩分配到行走机构的重要传动部件,驱动桥的功率损失对整个传动系统的效率会产生重要的影响。研制的试验台可以在驱动桥空载时,进行平衡温度及功率损失试验。分析了驱动桥能量损失的原因,为改进驱动桥的设计提供了技术支持。Drive efficiency of power drive system of construction machinery is an important factor restricting the basic machine performance. In practical operation, quite a part of energy is consumed in drive system resulting in a power loss and the drive performance is influenced. Drive axle is an important transferring part distributing torque to travel mechanism. Its power loss greatly influences the efficiency of complete transmission system. The developed test bench can test its balanced temperature and power loss when an axle is under no- loads. Causes of power loss are analyzed for an axle, which provides technical support for improvement design of axles.
