摘　　要：通过BPR在发动机机体生产组织管理中的应用实例,以JN6130型发动机机体为例说明生产流程和生产方式的重组过程。确定进行工序同期化,按粗略节拍流水线的生产组织方式组织机体生产的方案,并对设备布局和装、运方式做较大的调整,获得了满意的效果。说明将业务流程再造的思想和方法,运用于企业生产系统的变革和重组,是投资少、见效快、内生性提高企业竞争力的重要手段。Through an practical application example of BPR in organization and management of engine block production, it is demonstrated that the application of business procedure reconstruction concept and method in reformation and reorganization of enterprise production system is an important measure low in investment, fast in effect and increasing enterprise inherent competition.
