摘  要:[目的]研究压疮大鼠再灌注不同时间点血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、氧化亚氮(NO)和丙二醛(MDA)含量变化。[方法]将健康纯系Wister大鼠54只随机分为1个对照组和8个实验组,每组6只。实验组大鼠造成左后肢压疮模型,检测在肢体受压5 h解除压力装置0 h、4h、12 h、24 h、3 d、1周、2周、4周血清中SOD活力、NO和MDA含量变化。[结果]大部分实验组大鼠血清中SOD活力、NO和MDA含量与对照组相比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清中SOD活力随着再灌注时间的延长呈现先降低后升高的趋势,NO、MDA含量表现为先升高后降低。[结论]实验组大鼠解除压力后不同时间点血清中SOD活性、NO和MDA含量呈现波动变化;SOD、NO、MDA血清学水平变化可能作为一种新的评价指标,在压疮的早期发现和治疗评估中发挥作用。Objective: To investigate changes of serum superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity,nitric oxide (NO) and malondialdehyde (MDA) content of rats with pressure ulcer at different time points of ischemic reperfusion. Methods:A total of 54 Wister rats were randomly divided into control group and eight test groups six rats each. Pressure ulcer model of left hindlimbs of all test groups rats were prepared. Serum SOD activity,NO and MDA content were measured at 0 h,4 h, 12 h,24 h, 3 d, 1 week,2 weeks, 4 weeks after removing pressure device respectively after 5 hours' compression. Results: Serum SOD activity, NO and MDA contents in most test groups rats were higher than that of control group rats (P〈0.05). With the reperfusion time prolonging, serum SOD activity in tests group rats decreased at first then increased,but NO and MDA contents of tests group rats increased first then decreased. Conclusion: There were fluctuation changes of serum SOD activity, NO and MDA content at different time points after removing pressure device of rats in tests groups. Changes of serum levels of SOD, NO and MDA may be used as new indexes for early diagnosis and treatment assessment of pressure ulcer.
