摘　　要：随着建筑市场的国际化和市场化,由建筑工程价格竞争所带来的成本竞争日益得到施工企业的重视,有效实施施工项目成本管理已经成为建筑施工企业生存和发展的基础性工作。With the globalization and marketization of the construction market, construction enterprises pay more and more attention to the cost competition resulted from the price competition of construction engineering. It has become the basic work for the construction enterprises to survive and develop via performing cost management on construction project efficiently.
