非渗透钻井液技术在川西地区储层保护中的应用

摘　　要：非渗透钻井液是一种新型的储层保护钻井液体系,对非渗透处理剂WST-100进行了室内评价,结果显示,WST-100在很短时间内(约1 min)即可形成致密非渗透屏蔽层,封堵能力强,且与钻井液配伍性好,抗盐、抗膏侵能力强,但其压差返排渗透率恢复值较低。WST-100非渗透钻井液在川西地区DY1井的现场应用表明,在射孔、酸化等工艺配合下,该钻井液体系对储层具有一定的保护功能。Non - invasive drilling fluid was a new type of reservoir protection drilling fluid system. Non-invasive treatment agent WST - 100 was evaluated in laboratory. The result showed that WST - 100 formed a dense non -invasive shielding layer in very short time（ about 1 min）and had strong plugging ability, and had good compatibility with drilling fluid and salt resistance, but its pressure differential backflow permeability recovery was low. The field application in DY1 Well of Western Sichuan demonstrated that the drilling fluid system had good protection function to reservoir.
