摘 要:研究了有机膦系缓蚀剂在炼油厂含硫废水中的缓蚀性能。实验结果表明,脲基四甲叉膦酸(CTMP)及硫脲基四甲叉膦酸在含硫废水中的缓蚀性能比同类产品好。确定了适用于含硫废水系统的最佳复合缓蚀剂配方:CTMP/KH_2PO_4(质量比5:1)、CTMP/PM(质量比3:1)。该复合缓蚀剂与原来使用的复合缓蚀剂相比,不仅缓蚀率高(分别为96.5%和87.3%),而且处理后的水质状况良好,较好地解决了含硫废水对设备腐蚀的问题。The corrosion inhibitions of organic phosphonic acid corrosion inhibitors in H2S-containing waste water of petroleum refinery were studied. The experiment results showed that carbamide tetramethylene phosphonic acid and thiourea tetramethylene phosphonic acid were better in corrosion inhibition performance than same kind of products. Two optimum corrosion inhibitor compositions were determined. Compared with corrosion inhibitor PC -603/HEDP, the compound corrosion inhibitors had better effect treating H2S- containing waste water. The equipment corrosion problem caused by H2S-containing waste water was successfully solved using the compound corrosion inhibitors.
