论全国人大及其常委会组成人员的专职化

摘　　要：全国人大及其常委会组成人员以在国家最高权力机构的职务为惟一职业,不再兼任其他任何有薪酬的职务,同时减少全国人民代表大会代表的人数,增设全国人民代表大会专门委员会,增加全国人大专门委员会的职数并提高专职委员的比例,增加全国人民代表大会常务委员会组成人员的职数,提高组成人员的专业构成,降低其年龄结构。NPC deputies and the Standing Committee members have their only job in the sate supreme power body and they don＇t have other paid jobs, number of the deputies to NPC should be decreased and committees of NPC, posts in the committee and ratio of committee members be increased, posts in the standing committee of NPC should also be increased, professional structure of the members enhanced, the members should be younger and their job there should be the only one.
