摘　　要：在指出2003版《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》存在问题的基础上,从计价依据、综合单价构成、工程结算等多角度对2008版《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》进行剖析,总结出新计价规范的特点,希望能为造价人员使用新规范提供帮助。On the basis of pointing out the defects of Construction Project Amounts List Valuation Norms Version 2003, the paper analyses Construction Project Amounts List Valuation Norms Version 2008 from the perspectives of valuation basis, integrative unit price composition, project settlement, and so on, and summarizes the characteristics of the new norms, to provide some help for cost personnels.
