温敏核不育系安湘S在湛江的育性表现研究

摘　　要：对安湘S在湛江自然条件下进行分期播种试验,结果表明:安湘S在湛江地区1a内有2个明显的育性转换期,第1个育性转换期在5月底至6月初,育性从可育向不育转变,第2个育性转换期在10月下旬,育性从不育向可育转变,不育系的连续稳定不育期长达145d以上;其育性转换敏感期为抽穗前11～15d;早季繁殖自交结实率较高;安湘S在湛江地区晚季可以安全制种。The sowing date experiments of AnxiangS under natural conditions in Zhanjiang were conducted. The results indicated that AnxiangS had two obvious fertility transition periods： the first fertility transition period was from end of May to early June, the performance of fertility was from fertility change to sterile; the second fertility transition period was in late of October, the performance of fertility was from sterile change to fertility; the sensitive stage of fertility transition period was 11-15 days before heading. The continuous and stable sterile period of sterile line of AnxiangS was more than 145 days, and the self-fruitful rate of AnxiangS in early season was high. AnxiangS could be produced hybrid-seeds safely at late season in Zhanjiang.
