颗粒型农用碳酸氢铵中氮含量的测定

摘  要:颗粒型农业碳酸氢铵是生产配方肥和掺混肥(BB肥)的主要原料。采用农用碳酸氢铵标准(GB3559-2001)和复混肥料中总氮含量的检测标准(GB/T8572-2001)测定颗粒型农用碳酸氢铵中氮含量,同时对颗粒型农用碳酸氢铵中碳酸钙含量进行分析,结果表明,前者测定颗粒型农用碳酸氢铵中氮含量为18.1%±0.1%,后者测定结果为14.7%±0.1%,前者结果显著偏高;分析计算颗粒型农用碳酸氢铵中碳酸钙含量达14.0%。提出采用复混肥料中总氮含量的检测标准(GB/T8572-2001)测定颗粒型农用碳酸氢铵的氮含量更准确。Granular agricultural ammonium bicarbonate is primary material of formulated fertilizer and bulk blended (BB) fertilizer. Using standard for agricultural ammonium bicarbonate (GB3559-2001) and test standard for total nitro.gen content in BB fertilizer (GB/T8572-2001) to determine nitrogen content in granular agricultural ammonium bicarbonate, meanwhile, analyzing calcium carbonate content in granular agricultural ammonium bicarbonate. The results showed that the nitrogen content, determined by standard GB3559-2001, was 18.1%±0.1%; the nitrogen content, determined by standard GBfr8572-2001, was 14.7%±0.1%, the former result obviously higher than the latter. The calcium carbonate content in granular agricultural ammonium bicarbonate was up to 14.0%. It will be more accurately that using the standard GB/T8572-2001 to determine the nitrogen content in granular agricultural ammonium bicarbonate.
