摘 要:为了研究程潮铁矿选矿车间下面保安矿柱的安全回采,采用相似材料模拟实验研究手段,模拟该矿柱的两种开采方案:房柱采矿法和无底柱分段崩落采矿法相结合的开采方案;无底柱分段崩落采矿法开采方案。根据矿柱模拟开采过程中岩层破坏和地表变形,分析了应力变化规律和地表位移规律。结果表明,采用房柱采矿法和无底柱分段崩落采矿法相结合的开采方案开采保安矿柱,可以保证选矿车间在搬移期间内不受影响。该研究为该保安矿柱的安全开采提供了理论依据。In order to study on safe mining of the safety pillar under the ore dressing workshop in Chenchao Iron Mine, by using simulation experiment with similar materials, two control mining scheme of the safety pillar were studied, one is room and pillar mining combined with sublevel caving without sill pillar, the other one is sublevel caving without sill pillar. According to the monitoring data of strata failure and ground surface deformation from simulative mining of the safety pillar, the change laws of stress and ground surface displacement were analyzed. The resuits showed that if the first mining scheme is applied to the mining of the safety pillar, the safety of the ore dressing workshop is not affected within the period of removing it. The study provides a theoretic guidance for the mining of safety pillar.
