摘　　要：随着经济社会的发展和新农村建设的推进,中央和各级地方财政对"三农"的支出逐年增加,财政支农资金的使用效益直接关系到我国新农村建设的进程,所以财政支农资金使用效益也引起社会的广泛关注。在分析了我国财政支农现状的基础上,针对其利用效益低下的原因提出了对策和建议。With the development of economic society and the promotion of new rural construction, the disbursal of central and local finance departments spending on ＂Agriculture, Countryside and Farmers＂ has increased year by year. The utilization benefit of financial fund for agriculture attracts wide attention for it is directly related to the process of new rural construction. Based on the analysis of status quo of financial fund for agriculture in China, the countermeasures for the reasons of low utilization benefit of financial fund for agriculture were proposed in this paper.
