摘　　要：分析了当前矿山安全应急的现状和存在的问题,描述了矿山安全管理信息系统的概念和作用,提出了以应急联动服务平台为核心的矿山安全应急联动系统的体系结构。该系统集通信、指挥和调度于一体,是高度智能化的矿山应急指挥调度系统。该系统的建立,对提高矿山安全管理水平具有实际意义。The status and existing problems of mine safety at present in China are analyzed. The concept and role of mine safety management information system are described, the architecture of unified mine emergency response system which take unified emergency response service platform as its core is put forward. The system integrate the functions of communication, commanding and dispatching, is a highly intelligent commanding and dispatching system for mine emergency response. The establishment of the system is significant to improve safety management in mines.
