摘 要:以含钛高炉渣为主要原料,研究了吸附剂的粒径大小、投加量、溶液pH值、溶液的初始浓度及吸附时间对吸附除磷效果的影响.实验结果表明,在本实验条件下,细高炉渣对磷酸盐的去除率在炉渣粒径大于10μm时,随粒径减小而增大,随高炉渣用量、pH值、反应时间的增加而增加,随磷酸盐的初始浓度的增加而减少.吸附磷的反应进行得很迅速,20~30min基本可达到吸附饱和.对比吸附前后含钛高炉渣的XRD图和扫描电镜照片,可以看出,吸附反应后,在高炉渣的表面有大量结晶物出现,成块状和片状附着在粉末的表面,部分区域出现了多层附着现象.With the titanium-bearing blast furnace slag as the main object, the effects of particle size and dose of adsorbent, pH value and initial concentration of solution and adsorbing time on the adsorbing-dephosphorization were investigated experimentally. The results showed that the adsorbility of ultrafine titaniumous blast furnace slag to remove phosphates increases with decreasing particle size and increasing slag's dosage, pH value and reaction time, but decreases with increasing initial concentration of phosphates if slag particle size is greater than 10μm. The adsorbtion process of phosphates by the slag is so rapid that the saturated adsorbtion is basically available within 20--30 min. The XRD patterns and SEM images before and after the absorbtion of phosphates by the slag were compared with each other, and the results showed that massive crystals form on the slag surface after absorbtion and adhere to powdered surface with the multilayer adhesion found partially.
