摘　　要：界定了业务流程、信息流程和知识流程的概念与内涵,辨析了三者的联系与区别,以江苏省电力设计院核心增值业务流程为例对三大流程做了实证分析,表述了信息系统和知识系统正相关的实现之路,提出了工程咨询设计企业增值业务流程导向的知识流程模型。This paper defines the conception and connotation of business process, information process and knowledge process, and describes the contact and distinction among above three, and then takes the core business process of Jiangsu Electric Power Design Institute as example to analytic demonstration. The paper sets forth the value-added business process-oriented, spiral model of knowledge process for the engineering design enterprise. The model can help people clearly management to assist business management, analyze information management, analyze the business process based on knowledge the process-oriented information process to assist and analyze the process -oriented knowledge process to assist knowledge management.
