摘　　要：在经济全球化的过程中,经济、社会和环境问题之间存在着强烈的互动性。这使企业意识到履行好社会责任,不但使企业、政府和社会之间形成良性互动,而且为企业的可持续发展赢得良好的外部环境,还有利于企业突破国外贸易壁垒和市场壁垒。从企业长期发展的战略角度看,企业承担社会责任是提高企业竞争力和实现企业可持续发展的重要内容。In the course of economic globalization, there exists a strong interactive relationship between economy, the society and the environment. Hence, enterprises have come to realize that, good performance of societal responsibilities not only contributes to a benign interactive relationship between the enterprise, the government and the society, but also helps to attain a good external environment for its sustainable development. Moreover, it can assist the enterprise in breaking through overseas trade barriers and market barriers. Over the long strategic term, an enterprise＇ shouldering societal responsibilities is paramount to have its competitiveness upgraded and its sustainable development achieved.
