摘 要:个体企业要想生存与发展,必须跟随企业种群演化的步伐,这就需要企业适时对适当的要素进行变革,所以确定企业变革时点和要素非常关键。企业在长期的发展中,形成指导自身行为的"基因",即惯例,随着外界环境的变化,企业需要改善自身惯例库,即发生变革。企业通过对自身适应能力的实时监控,确定变革时点;将自身惯例与种群中优秀的惯例对比,通过基于遗传算法的种群学习,确定变革的惯例要素,用种群中优秀的惯例替代不适惯例,为变革指明方向,从而不断适应外部环境的变化。In order to adapt to environmental changes, enterprise group learns continuously and achieves its own evolution.
