南水北调西线工程效益分析

摘　　要：南水北调西线工程效益主要包括农业灌溉效益、城镇供水效益、黄河干流增加的水力发电效益以及社会和生态环境效益。分析结果表明，2030年水平，调水45～195亿m3的不同方案每年可产生的直接经济效益为213～809亿元，单位调水量的经济效益为4．73～4．15元／m3。同时，还将产生明显的社会和生态环境效益。West-line project of water diversion from the Yangtze river into the Yellow River will create efficiencies in agricultUralirrigation, water supply for cities and towns, increase of power generation in the YelloW abover stem, social and ecologicalenvironment improvements. There will be directly economic efficiency of RMB 21. 3 to 80. 8 billion at 2030 level witheconomie efficiency per unit water diversion of RMB 4. 73 to 4. 15 per m3 corresponding to different plans of 4. 5 to 19. 5billion m3 water diversion from analysis, and at the same the social, ecological and environmental effects will be significant.
