摘  要:[目的]对普通小麦-柔软滨麦草易位系的抗条锈性进行遗传分析。[方法]以普通小麦-柔软滨麦草易位系M853-2、M853-4、M8657-1、M8657-4及M853-1为材料,用中国小麦条锈菌条中29号、条中30号、条中31号、条中32号、水源11-4和水源11-11共6个生理小种对其抗条锈性进行评价,进而对2个易位系M853-2和M8657-1的抗条锈性进行遗传学分析。[结果]5个易位系的抗病谱存在明显差异,初步推测5个易位系所包含的抗条锈基因不尽相同;M853-2对条锈菌系CY31的抗条锈性由2对基因控制,对Su11-11的抗条锈性由1对显性基因控制;M8657-1对条锈菌CY31的抗条锈性由2对基因控制,对Su11-11的抗条锈性由1对隐性基因控制。[结论]小麦-柔软滨麦草易位系的抗条锈性由主效基因所控制,可将其作为重要抗源在抗锈育种中有目的地加以利用。[ Objective ] The study aimed to conduct the genetic study on resistance to stripe rust of Triticum aestivum-Elymus mollis Trin. Hara translocation lines. ~ Method] With 7". aestivum-E, mollis transloeation lines including M853-2, M853-4, M8657-1, M8657'-4 and M853-1 as the tested materials, their resistance to stripe rust were evaluated by Chinese wheat stripe rust strains including 6 physiological races of CY29, CY30, CY31, CY32, Sull-4 and Sull-ll and that the genetic analysis of resistance to stripe rust had made on the 2 translocation lines of M853-2 and M8657-1. [ Result] The resistant spectrum of 5~translocation lines was remarkably different and it was presumed preliminarily that 5 translocation lines had different genes of resistance to stripe rust. The resistance to stripe rust of the translocation line M853-2 against the stripe rust line CY31 was controlled by two dominant karyoplasms genes and that against the stripe rust line Sul 1-11 was controlled by one pair of dominant gene. The resistance to stripe rust of the translocation line M8657-1 against the stripe rust line CY31 was controlled by two domi- nant karyoplasms genes and that against the stripe rust line Sul 1-11 was controlled by one pair of recessive gene. [ Conclusion] The resistance to stripe rust of T. aestivum-E, mollis translocation lines was controlled by major genes and it should be regarded as the important resistant origin to be used purposefully in breeding resistant cuhivars against stripe rust.
