摘 要:[目的]分析PEG6000渗调处理对茎瘤芥老化种子膜透性的影响。[方法]使用不同浓度PEG6000(5%、10%、15%、20%、25%、30%、35%),以不同的时间(4、8、12、16、20、24 h)处理茎瘤芥老化种子后,测定种子浸泡液相对电导率。[结果]与对照相比,不同浓度PEG6000以不同时间处理茎瘤芥老化种子后,种子的膜透性均显著下降。[结论]25%的PEG6000处理12 h,种子膜透性降幅最大,效果最佳。[ Objective ] The aim was to study the effects of PEG6000 osmotic conditioning treatment on aged seeds membrane permeability of stem tumorous mustard. [ Method] The aged seeds of stem tumorous mustard was treated by different concentrations PEG6000 (5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 25% , 30%, 35% ) for different hours (4, 8, 12, 16, 20, 24 hours), and the relative electrical eonductivities of seed soak solution were determined. [ Result ] Compared with the control, the membrane permeability of aged seeds were all decreased remarkably after treatment. [ Conclusion] The aged seeds membranes permeability were significantly decreased by being treated with 25% PEG6000 for 12 hours of which the decreasing amplitude was the biggest and the effect was the best among all treatments.
