摘  要:[目的]对陇东地区产的掌叶大黄(Rheum palmatumL.)与河套大黄(Rheum hotaoenseC.Y.Cheng et C.T.Kao)根及根茎的化学成分进行研究。[方法]采用超声70%甲醇浸提法和硅胶柱色谱分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定结构。[结果]从掌叶大黄与河套大黄根及根茎的70%甲醇提取物中共同分离鉴定出9种化合物,分别为:没食子酸(Ⅰ)、大黄酸(Ⅱ)、大黄素(Ⅲ)、芦荟大黄素(Ⅳ)、芦荟大黄素-8-葡萄糖甙(Ⅴ)、大黄酚(Ⅵ)、大黄素甲醚(Ⅶ)、番泻甙A(Ⅷ)、番泻甙B(Ⅸ)。除此之外,从河套大黄的根中又分离出1种化合物———土大黄甙。[结论]河套大黄不能代替掌叶大黄作药用。[ Objective ] To study the chemical composition of root and rhizome of Rheum palmatum L. and Rheum hotaoense C. Y. Cheng et C. T. Kao in Longdong area. [ Method] Ultrasonic 70% methanol extraction and silica gel chromatography were used for separating and purif- ying, according to physical and chemical properties and the identification of spectral data structure. [ Result] 9 kinds of compounds were isola- ted and identified from 70% methanol extracts of root and rhizome of Rheum palmatum L. and Rheum hotaoense C.Y. Cheng et C. T. Kao , there were gallic acid ( I ), emodin ( Ⅱ ) , rhein ( Ⅲ ) , aloe-emodin ( Ⅳ ) , aloe-emodin-8-monoglucoside ( Ⅴ ) , chrysophanol ( Ⅵ ) , phy- scion ( Ⅶ ), sennoside A ( Ⅷ ), sennoside B ( Ⅸ ). Besides, 1 kinds of compound-rhaponticin was separated from Rheum hotaoense C. Y Cheng et C. T. Kao. [ Conclusion] Rheum hotaoense C.Y. Cheng et CT Kao can not substitute for Rheum palmatum L. for medicinal.
