摘  要:[目的]研究长根菇交配系统,指导遗传育种工作。[方法]以长根菇子实体为材料,收集并分离单孢,以锁状联合为标记鉴别是否为单核菌丝体。采用三轮交配反应对110株孢子单核体进行三轮两两交配反应。[结果]110株单核体按交配型被分为4组,分别含有21、30、13和46个菌株。[结论]长根菇的交配型受双因子控制,属于四极性交配系统。[ Objective ] The aim was to study the mating system of Oudemansiella radicata and lay the foundation for further research on breed- ing. [ Method ] O. radicata basidiospores were collected from fruit bodies and single spore clones were isolated. 110 monokaryon strains were confirmed by the presence of clamp connections and separated by three-cycle spore-crossing tests. [ Result] The study showed that these mono- karyon strains were divided into four groups containing 21,30,13 and 46 strains respectively. [ Conclusion] O. radicata had a tetrapolar mating system under the control of two genetic factors.
