摘　　要：利用尖海龙提取物对小鼠进行免疫处理、早期治疗和晚期治疗,观察不同处理小鼠的成廇率、荷廇重量及生存期。结果表明,3种处理小鼠的荷廇重量减小,生存期延长,但晚期治疗未降低试验小鼠的成瘤率。The extracts from Syngnathus acus Linnaeus was taken to treat the mice by methods of immune, early therapy and late therapy, and the tumor forming rate, tumor weight and survival time of mice in different treatments were observed. The results ＂showed that the tumor weight of mice in 3 treatments were all decreased, and the survival time of mice prolonged, but the tumor forming rate of mice in late therapy treat- ment was not decreased.
