草甘膦对云杉苗床杂草的防除效果

摘　　要：[目的]研究草甘膦在云杉苗圃地的除草效果。[方法]用10％草甘膦水剂的25、50、100倍液对云杉苗床进行灭草试验，比较不同处理的除草效果。[结果]用药3d后，部分杂草开始变黄、枯萎；喷药后5、15、30,45d各处理总体防效分别为18．3％～51．4％、91．2％～94．6％、62．9％～74．1％和16．6％～40．2％；喷药后5d各处理对杂草的防效差异显著，喷药后15、30d各处理对杂草的防效差异不显著，喷药后15d防效最好；草甘膦25倍液的前期除草效果好于50、100倍液，灭草率在91．2％以上，且对苗木生长无影响。[结论]草甘膦25倍液的除草效果最佳。[ Objective ] The aim was to study the weed control effect of glyphosate in nursery land of Picea asperata Mast.. [ Method ] 25,50, 100 times liquid of 10% glyphosate aqueous solution were taken to do weeding test in seedbed of P. asperata. The weed control effects of dif- ferent treatments were compared. [ Result] Mter 3 d of medication, some weeds began to getting yellow and wither. After 5, 15, 30, 45 d of medication, the general control effects of all treatments on weeds were 18.3 % - 51.4%, 91.2% - 94.6%, 62.9% - 74.1% and 16.6% - 40.2% resp.. After 5 d of medication, the control effects of different treatments on weeds were significantly different, but after 15, 30 d of medication, the control effects of different treatments on weeds were not significantly different, and after 15 d of medication, the weed control effect was the best. The early weed control effect of 25 times liquid of glyphosate was better than those of 50, 100 times liquid of glyphosate, the weeding rate was higher than 91.2%, and had no effect on growth of seedling. [ Conclusion] The weed control effect of 25 times liquid of glyphosate was the best.
