摘　　要：利用硅直接氮化烧结工艺制备Si3N4-SiC材料试样,通过观察材料的微观结构,以及材料物理性能及力学性能的测试结果分析,得出材料的微观结构对其性能的影响。Si3 N4 -SiC material was prepared by the directly silicon nitride sintering method. Furthermore, the impact of the micro - structure on its performance was studied, by means of observing the micro - structure of materials and analyzing the physical and mechanical properties.
