带环异位妊娠60例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨放置宫内环后异位妊娠的早期诊断与治疗。方法对60例带环发生异位妊娠者的发生部位、时间、发生率进行分析，并提出早期预防及治疗方案。结果本组60例中发生输卵管妊娠54例，卵巢妊娠4例，宫角妊娠2例；获得早期诊断者27例，均获治愈。结论带环异位妊娠者，只要早期发现，早期诊断，并采取相应的处置方法，均可获得满意治疗效果。Objective To discuss the early diagnosis and treatment of heterotopic pregnancy after insertion of intraterin device. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the location,time, and occurrence rate of 60 cases of heterotopic pregnancy with intrauterine device and thereupon put forward early intervention protocols. Results Among the 60 cases, tubal pregnancy was found in 52 cases, ovarian pregnancy in 6 cases, corneal pregnancy in 2 cases. Early diagnosis was made in 27 cases,and all the patients were cured. Conclusions Early diagnosis and treatment are essential to achieve a favorable result for such patients.
