摘　　要：目的探讨肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗肱骨外科颈骨折的效果。方法应用肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗肱骨外科颈骨折15例，其中Neer分类二部分骨折3例，三部分骨折9例，四部分骨折3例。结果术后所有患者随访7～15个月，以Neer评分评估其功能，优4例，良9例，可2例。结论肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗肱骨外科颈骨折疗效可靠，功能恢复好，是治疗肱骨外科颈移位骨折的一种较好的内固定方法。Objective To investigate the curative effects of locking proximal humerus bone plate （LPHP） in the treatment of proximal humerrus fractures. Methods Fifteen cases of the proximal humeral fractures were treated with the LPHP. According to Neer classification, 3 cases were with 2 - part fracture, 9 with 3 - part fracture, 3 with 4 - part fracture. Results All patients were followed up from 7 months to 11 months after operation. By using the Neer score to evaluate the function, the clinical result was excellent in 4 cases, good in 9 cases, fair in 5 cases. Conclusions Locking proximal humerus bone plate application for treatment of the proximal humeral factures is good internal fixation way, it is absolutely reliable and the functional rehabilitation are satisfied;
